Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Oroville

I can’t believe I’m posting this because I love my Dutch Bros been going here since 2016, I actually probably go to Dutch Bros every other day, (my pockets hurt) hahaha! But today I took my friend to Dutch bros and I had a terrible experience and that’s why I am leaving this negative review, because it needs to be addressed. I ordered my usual, Sugar Free Golden Eagle with almond milk… and my friend got the same the same thing, which I actually got my friend into this order a few weeks prior and she loved it. When they handed me my drink I knew it didn’t look per usual, I couldn’t help but to tell the guy at window that it tasted really bad, (tasted burnt and like there was zero syrup. I have been told in the passed that if my drink doesn’t taste right to let them know and they will remake it, so I was that person today… as I’m spending 6.45 on a coffee and also tipped a dollar… I respectfully asked if they could please remake it because it tasted almost burnt, the guy was understanding and said yes. Then a short brunette came up to the window and asked what was wrong with it, I just told her the coffee was extremely strong and almost burnt like and I get this drink literally weekly and I’ve never had it taste so off or bad… she smart like said “fine we will remake them exactly the same and see if it’s good enough” then she walked to the guy who was at the window and said “I’m not your little (b word)”…… I felt so bad and also so uncomfortable that she said something like that…most likely wanting me to hear it.. I already felt bad sending it but as I’ve experienced many Dutch bros employees told me to always ask to remake of needed because they want me to enjoy my drink. So I just got back to work and tried my drink, and I feel pretty cheated. I paid for a medium og gummybear add watermelon drizzle blended rebel. The guy with the tablet asked me if I wanted it extra thick, my answer was no. I hate extra thick. I get to the window and it looked extra thick, so I asked the lady if it was and she said yes. I told her that I just wanted it regular. So she took it back and "fixed" it. I thanked her and drove away. Now, I come to find out that she did not remake my drink, she added watermelon flavoring to the top and an extra cup to disguise that it is actually the same drink. I'm pretty disgusted. It took 20 minutes to get through the line, just to get a drink that I payed for, but...

Absolutely no complaints about their drinks or service. Yet, the driveway access is less than desirable. Dutch could paint "Do Not Block" at the entrance to Oro Dam, and do the community a great service. There are a lot of people entering and exiting the driveway there, trying to get to the other giddiness and doctors offices there and cars in que have got traffic completely blocked off so that they're sitting out in the busy street. You can't even get out from behind the building without waiting for the line to move up. People taking the orders could be instructed to ask, politely, by hand gesture, for cars to wait back far evough as to leave the driveway open for traffic. Something really...
