Capps Pizza — Restaurant in Orwell

I order from this facility because they are the only business in the area that delivers to my home. The burgers are huge hunks of beef with no flavor or seasoning to them. I loooove Chicken Parmesan and I have ordered it twice (to give it a second chance...thinking maybe it was a particular chef) and it was over cooked, dry, with soggy breading and possibly cooked the day before...on both counts. The pizza is good but too costly. Their salad is disgusting...with odd ingredients like celery and black olives...what ever happened to tomato, onion, cucumber? The food is extremely overpriced for its quality. The best thing about this place is their loaded french fries, they are delicious. Kind of hard to screw up french fries though. If ANYONE else in the vicinity starts delivering, they are certainly in jeopardy of losing my business altogether. If I were the owner of the franchise, I think I would be making this Orwell a priority to visit and critique ASAP! They are putting a serious smudge on the Capps pizza name. After eating at this local shop, why would I EVER choose to stop at a Capps if I were traveling out of town?...

"If we always mess up your food, you can always go somewhere else"! This is the response that I got tonight! Food is usually always great. Ordered a sheet tonight. Asked for a large container of Parmesan cheese. Shows up, driver tells me it's in there and seems like she knows about the cheese! (come to find out, the driver is the one who took my order, very nice girl) called just to make sure it's not a charge on my card! Miss Manager tells me that I already have a credit on my account ( due to a mess up that happened a year ago) and that's all they could do for me. I stated I just called to let them know and to make sure there is no charge. Miss Manager pops off at the mouth telling me "If we always mess up your food, you can always go somewhere else"! Great fine with me! Nice customer service!! Seems like she could use a training. Food is still good, just watch out for the bitchy manager with a chip on...

The last three times my family and I have gotten Capps it has been absolutely horrible they butcher the order completely the french fries are soggy and not even cooked the grilled cheeseburger bread was so soggy and greasy I literally took it off every time they mess up yes I call and complain and yes they do replace it but this is the third time and at this point it isn't even worth them fixing it or ordering from there ever again and it's honestly sad because we really enjoyed their food but it's so not consistent it's ridiculous consistency is key I never leave bad reviews but at this point it...
