Orwell Village Apartments — Local services in Orwell

Apartment have a serve roach problem also bedbugs people always r throwing their beds and couches away cuz of bed bugs. The guy who runs the place is nice will work with u on late rent. But to try and get him to make time to fix something you'll be waiting at least a month I've heard of people going without fridge cupboards falling off the wall I know the person has been being him to fix them. The stove no being grounded rite and shocking u when u cook on it. Also people flooding their bath rooms and it leaking down stairs there was a big hole in the ceiling u could see black mold the water was even coming out the electric box when she called the guy who runs it and he told her not to worry about it they were putting in new boxes next week. They only way I would live here is otherwise I would be on the streets. I guarantee those apartments will not pass inspection....

Terrible management, they don't do anything no matter how much you beg. They'll lie to you. You have people that let their dogs do their buisness on the balconies, they also do it in the hallways and the apartments themselves. They clean the buildings maybe 3 times a year. Half they vehicles are broke down taking up space. If something is broke in your apartment, it will take them months to come fix/replace it, the excuse they'll give you is " I've been thinking about what it could be". Would not recommend anybody...

Grounds are not taken care of trash is all over the place they have people working on vehicles in the driveway.. roaches in some of the apartments and management is difficult to deal with stay clear...
