Lake Life Outdoor Furniture — Local services in Osage Beach

Did not have a positive experience. We were visiting from out of town. They have some very nice items. On May 5 We purchased a lighthouse that needed to be customized and they told us it would take about 6 weeks. Well, we called after six weeks and they said the vendor was behind and they would call us when it came in. So another few weeks went by and I called again. Still not done but they said it would be there on August 7. (Now three months). I called on August 7 and wasn’t surprised to learn that it wasn’t there nor has the vendor even started on it. While on a quick after Christmas getaway weekend, we happen to stop into the Lake Life Outdoor Furniture store. The qualify of the furniture was so good we purchased a patio set, even though we lived 3 and 1/2 hours away. We were able to drive home with two pieces of the furniture set and made arrangements to pick up the remaining pieces a few weeks later.

We returned and the furniture was wrapped and ready to load. Very well organized and the care when loading the furniture is to be commended. Jesse and Lexi at Lake Life Outdoors were fabulous to work with. Lexi was so patient with my husband I as we navigated our opinions and conversations about what colors, types of bar, chairs etc to purchase. She was knowledgable about the inventory and really was able to help us find furniture that is right for us. We live an hour away from the store and Jesse and Lexi delivered our furniture the same evening that we purchased it!
