If I could rate this 0 stars I would, the prices are great yes but the employees here have the worst attitudes I’ve ever seen. They are not giving us any straight answers to our questions. It took us 20 extra minutes to get on the jet ski because of how slow the workers are even though we showed up 15 minutes early like we were told. It seems like all the employees care about here is doing everything but get people on the jet ski on time. Must be why the price is so cheap! I will not be returning to this establishment. Go ahead and save your patience, time, and money! Btw, it was every worker here besides the blonde lady behind the desk who checked us in. She was really the only pleasant person to speak with.

Thank you for replying to me but that is not what we were told! We were told to be there 15 MINUTES EARLY, we were never told anything about 30 minutes. If my family would have known to arrive 30 minutes early we would have! I see other reviews about your employees attitudes and you fail to ever acknowledge that even now. Sounds like you and your employees need some customer service training. This is a terrible business....

If I could give 0 stars I would first we got 2 hours 3 pm to 5 pm we got there early and was not put into water until 3:20 3:30 pm we went out on lake then a severe thunder storm with lighting and pouring rain hit so we had to pull over and let it pass we could not see was not worth our lives with the lighting and we stopped and fill the gas Tank right before we brought it back and we got charged a late fee and gas fee and rude as can be and no understanding of situation our end should have been at 530 since we didn’t get in water until 330 due to the employees the way we were treated here for being late due to the circumstances was unacceptable i understand being frustrated but that is no way to run a business I would never come back here again and would never recommend anyone to come here horrible staff even a police offer that was near by stated the company should of never let people out on water knowing there was a severe thunderstorm...

It's three days before my rental. I got a phone call that the 15 person boat I'm renting can now only fit 12 people because of a Coast Guard law passed in the 90's. Totally reasonable law, but was not made aware of this when I talked back and forth for TWO MONTHS with this company on my reservation- not once did it come up. Now I'm being told "all the sudden" this law is being "enforced" and my rental is no longer acceptable with my size of party. Honestly, this is completely irresponsible that they were renting out boats against a Coat Guard law in the first place and second off that my weekend rental is the weekend they chose to start enforcing said law. Ridiculous. The guy I spoke with every time was very nice, but I fail to understand this logic. Two months of planning down the drain and now I can't find another...
