MarineMax Osage Beach — Attraction in Osage Beach

Bought a new Harris pontoon from Marine Max. Have had nothing but issues since day one. Boat is a total lemon. Boat broke down first time out with me and 2 others in the boat. Temp gauge was 402 degrees and check engine light came on. Boat completely shut off. Tried to limp over to a dock and the boat continued to shut down. Had to have the boat towed to the dealer which took 4 hours of our day. Once at the dealer, they told us to go have lunch while they looked at it. Came back an hour later and they said they could not find any issues with the boat and not codes came up. Really? That's why the temp gauge is at 402 degrees?

Second time at the lake, turned the battery switch on and the ladder motor is stuck on and won't shut off unless you turn the battery off. Called the dealer again, they said the switches aren't "really" waterproof. Really? They are right where the boat takes the most water. Again, got a run around from the dealer stating I should just turn the breaker to the ladder off. I asked them what we do to get in and out of the water. No response.

The list goes on and on with this boat. Tower is about to fall off. Half the gauges won't work correctly. electrical wire is handing down next to a tube near the water. When they get all smart with me then all i want to do is return the boat and go buy somewhere else.

This store is a total waste of time. I have spent several wasted hours trying to spend money here ordering a bimini top for my boat. Perry the gentlemen helping me not only negkected to respond to the company totally ordered the wrong bimini top and also has neglected to send my the order p.o number so i can communicate qith the company to get the right color bimini. I was very patient waiting 8weeks for a bimini that i was told would take 4. Then when it arrives its not even what i ordered. Now im back at square one. Dont waste your time here.
