The UPS Store — Local services in Osage Beach

I went to the UPS store on the Monday before Easter. To make sure my granddaughter would get her packages on time.. The woman behind the counter tells me yes it can be there On Wednesday. The cost would be forty nine dollars and sixty cents. I said I don't want to expedite it. I just want to make sure it gets there before saturday. She tells me the computer won't let her go any further on delivery dates and prices never heard of such a thing she tells me oh come back in. A couple of days and see what the price is then. Does that make any sense to you of course? It would be more because now I have to expedite to make sure she gets it before easter. Then I watched the video of my granddaughter opening. Her packages and her easter card which had ten two dollar bills in it was not in the package. The one behind the counter package all the presents into a different box and obviously stole the card. The owner of the store is ignorant. She never responded to problem I had to go to the corporate office. There's something not right with that store. Rude staff. Walked in, no one said a word or offered help. At the time it was empty. 3 rolled walked in and got in line, still no one says a word to me. Which is fine, that’s most retail now. So I see a computer off to the side, there’s a sign with pricing, & time costs. I think “ah, self serve, that’s fine.” So I login, sign into my UPS account to print my labels. Still, no one has said a word to me. I hit print, and get my papers from a printer on the sales floor. Head over to the PC to login & a woman comes up who had been in the back for 90% of my time in the store. Starts yelling that I can’t just walk in & go up to a computer. “We have our emails logged in on here. You have to ask permission.”

No where is there a sign for anything. The ONLY sign, is one that says exactly what the associate could do IF they spoke to me, and that’s convey pricing. Don’t present as self serve if you aren’t, you sure as crap don’t blame the...

In store on Thursday seeking notary, copies and fax. Was told notary was out until Monday. Fine, on Tuesday we returned seeking the same services, there was one other person in store mailing a box and 2 employees. Again we asked if there was a notary and was told, "Yes, I am but I don't have any appointments until tomorrow". When did this start? How come we were not told on Thursday we needed an appointment? Hello, I live 25 miles away. I left the store and went outside, where I spent 10-15 mins googling notaries. The whole time I was standing there only one other person went into store and they had a package to mail. I decided to try my bank, to my surprise not only did they have a notary they copied and faxed my 3 page document, FREE. I will not be back to this UPS...
