I don’t even understand the point of building a car wash and then doing absolutely nothing to keep it in working order. 90% of the time I can’t read your debit card or it keeps spitting the cash back out at you. And, the car wash clearly states it’s nine dollars but for some reason my car got charged $10. I mean, that’s pretty much like stealing. You would think with the new Kwik Trip in Osceola and St Croix Falls that the owners would go out of their way to make sure their things are working properly considering they have competition. But instead, they just take more money from you than advertised and then leave you with barely functioning equipment to deal with. The last count of the times I’ve seen people back out of the car wash cause they couldn’t get the stupid thing to take their money. . I’ve always had great experiences here but today after watching the employee sneeze and cough all over the place (without a mask). She took my clothes out of the washer! Without washing her hands! I’ve never been late getting my clothes out of the washers and I walked through the door 2 minutes AFTER the washer stopped. I think it should be ILLEGAL for them to touch your clothes at all! I am so disappointed that a business owner would even allow an employee to touch anyone’s personal items! It is such a shame that now I just feel like my clothes have to be washed again because of all the germs that are now spread all over them! Hopefully the owner can have enough sense to tell their employees to at least wait 20 minutes before touching ANYONE’S personal items! I just can’t believe in this day and age adults aren’t more aware of people not wanting their clothes touched! Sorry for the vent but it...

The laundromat was fine, but the employee was very unpersonable and acted like I was bothering her every time I asked her a question. The washers that I was using didn't have very good instructions on where to add the liquid laundry soap. There were 2 big flaps on the top of the washers with different compartments, but it wasn't clear on where the liquid laundry soap should go verses where the powder laundry soap goes. The employee was standing right by me, and I'm sure she heard me saying that I wasn't sure where to add it, but she didn't help me or even say anything to me. When I saw that my washer didn't dispense the soap, I went to the employee and when she came over to look, she told me that I put the soap in the wrong compartment. I ended up having to run the washer a 2nd time and spend another $3. Next time I'll probably go somewhere else where the employees are friendly...
