Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Osceola

This place is relatively new so I want to give the girls that work there a break but I've been here maybe 10 times in the last two weeks and there was only one time nothing went wrong. Everything I gotten from here tasted great so I'll give them that but they are pretty slow. They give me a hot latte when I ordered an iced or blended. Also when I ordered two drinks the one time, they called out the first when it was ready and I waited for a little over 5 minutes and about 3 people came and went before I got up and started walking up to the counter to say something when the one girl saw me and realized she just set my other drink behind the counter and didn't say anything. I arrived in store and placed an order for a Matcha Latte with oatmilk. The girl looked at me and told me the oatmilk was in back so it's unavailable right now. There were 2 girls working and I couldn't believe one of them couldn't go in back to replenish the stock up front. I had no choice but to get almond milk. I was super unhappy especially since it's inside a grocery store as well. Don't say you are out of oatmilk when you inform me it's right in back but didn't want to grab it. Sad. The staff is always nice but after ordering from here at least 10+ times we've had a correct order maybe two times. I understand it's hard to keep track of things and serving is a stressful job but there should be a system to write orders down so it's easier to keep track of. For the record they're always simple orders. I'm only writing this review because I know it's easy to have problems that seem hard to fix but hopefully the staff or management can start taking small steps to fix their issues instead of just getting the employees in trouble which I hope...
