Nails Only — Local services in Oshkosh

So I was in here today and the lady that did my nails was not professional at all. I explained I wanted squoval nails and then she shaped them wrong and then told me what I wanted was square round, no I wanted squoval. She made me feel as though I had no clue what I was talking about and yet I did, why bc I went to school to be a cosmetologist and we learn nails. I informed her I went to school for this and that I used to do nails and still she treated me as I was wrong. Then before she started i tell her i need her to keep the acrylic thin, and bc I've been getting my nails done for 28yrs I learned to inform them right away and she argued that I didnt tell her. Most of my nails take on the shape of a round nail, problem with that is my nails look short as heck. I am normally a very good tipper and the only reason I tipped her at all is bc I knew the tip I would of left for the guy who did my friends nails would of had to split what I left. From now on I will drive over an hr to get them done by my guy. I was just trying to find somewhere...

I absolutely love the entire staff at nails only. I have gotten dip services here for a long time. I used to see Peter at a different nail salon and found him here and was ecstatic! He is my go to guy. However Bella Chloe and Henry have all done my nails too and I’ve never been disappointed. Any design I request is 100% executed. The price is fair. There is a wide range of colors to choose from. I’ve never had an infection or anything, the place is clean. They have a points system. I just love coming here and I feel so welcome and valued as a customer. I have also gotten a pedicure here and was not disappointed! If you don’t go here for nails, you’re going to the wrong place. It doesn't even deserve a one....they were rude and unprepared when we made the appointment in advance. We signed up for a manicure the man while scheduling for this appointment told us that we would get nails filed, massaged, have lotion applied, and nails completely done. But when we went in we had our nails filed and painted only, we didn't even get to wash our hands after being filed. Then we sat under cold air, and while we were talking they seemed to mock our conversations. After five minutes went by they asked if our nails were dry then quickly rushed us through the door and as soon as we got to the car the nail polish already started to come off. Very displeased, recommendations...no. Wish we could give lower...
