Prices always seem to be higher. I noticed .25 higher on most things today. But I guess it's about convenience. But for me it adds up after a big Target trip. Cashiers usually don't have smiles on their faces. If you take the time to find exact change or make a mistake. The few I had experiences with just look like mad or annoyed. So I can't say all of them. The last couple I have went to. There's also this one manager. He's always there working & I'm guessing he's a manager because he's got the different red shirt& always lurking around the cashiers/front desk. He's got a shaved/bald head shorter guy. I'll try get his name next time. But not only this visit, but other times he follows us/watching us. Today actually I seen him while Im waiting at the checkout. I see he's at customer service talking to a customer. I look over & he's watching us in the checkout line. He sees me looking&quickly turns his attention back to the customer who was at the desk. It's just annoying every time we go in there he's like this towards us. And this might be because... 3 yrs ago during Christmas my mother got her wallet stolen that had cash &a TARGET GIFTCARD. The thief used the giftcard at this Oshlosh Target. And when I explained to them(actually the guy I'm talking about above was one of the managers involved) what happened & I GAVE THEM the EXACT DATES AND TIME'S THE THIEF USED THE GIFT CARD. They refused to do anything. Like give the police the video to identify the thief. I spent a lot of time on this. Customer service at the 800# are the ones who gave me dated and times the giftcard was used. And after several visits& a few no return calls TARGET didn't want to help us or stop this thief!!! I'm guessing since the gift card was for $500.00 They didn't care who or how they got their business. My mom was out a total of $800.00 that Christmas! It was probably 2 yrs since I walked back in that store! Now this is how we are treated everytime we go? Pretty Crappy of Target huh? I even tried to get ahold of corporate and they didn't want to help becuase it was a Oshkosh store. So that's my review. Enjoy now knowing their morals & values. Take care and I hope this helps anyone who wants to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was trying to do an even exchange for diapers and was told because Iām at my limit I need to either pay for them or go to a competitor (Wal-Mart specifically) to do a no receipt exchange. I explained that I have been allowed to do exchanges for equal value diapers in the past without my drivers license and that I have 6+ cases of diapers at home all of size 1 which are completely useless to me. The lead then told me that I should donate these thousands of diapers and just buy them as I need them. Never in a million years as a customer service supervisor would I EVER tell my customers to go to a competitor or to donate hundreds of dollars worth of product to then buy at my store.
I get the policy is $100 no receipt return. What I donāt understand is why is this policy in place for items of equal value? I wasnāt trying to get a more expensive package or brand. I was trying to exchange a size 1 Huggies package for $9.99 for a size 3 Huggies for $9.99. This policy should be reviewed for new moms like myself that have diaper showers or parties. People tend to not give receipts for diapers and usually only give size 1-2.
Do better for new moms- we already face enough challenges. Doing an even exchange for diapers shouldnāt be a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is the first time I have ever had to write a one star review for any Target store (and to be fair it was the concession area I'm writing about today).
My fiance stopped in the store to buy a few things before picking me up from a meeting. When she was there she noticed she was feeling the effects of very low blood sugar and decided to try to quickly buy a bite to eat at the concession counter. She was feeling pretty badly and was near to fainting. While she stood there waiting for someone to attend her, she noticed that there was actually three employees talking less than ten feet away behind the counter and off to the side. She thought that one of them might break from the conversation quickly and so continued to stand there waiting. After glancing at her watch continually for over ten minutes, she finally left in disgust and went straight to Arby's. Thanks for making her go through that, Target...
