Dr. Pierce saved my daughter's vision. My daughter went to an eye doctor with her mom in Lincoln where she lived at the time. That "doctor" said nothing was wrong with her vision but my daughter complained of not being able to see well when she visited me. Low and behold one of her eyes was so bad that her brain was starting to ignore it and the eye was going lazy! How could a "doctor" have missed that?! If it weren't for Dr. Pierce my daughter would have a lazy eye for life and basically mono-vision. Dr. Pierce is so gentle, kind and warm that she's a pleasure to talk to. She's easy for kids to get along with and happy to answer any dumb questions I might have including "what does that cool machine do??" haha I absolutely would never go anywhere else.
The other staff here are very helpful and nice and seem a lot less frustrated these days since the computers got upgraded (I was shocked by the old Macs that were in use and almost walked out because of them. I'm glad I didn't!). They have a good selection of glasses and sunglasses and are very patient with kids while they try on options.

Once it came down to paying, I had concerns about the total and then I asked the young lady that was helping me to take out the contact prescription because I didnât need it. The store manager then gets into the conversation and told me to give her the try-out boxes and then told me and I quote âPOP OUT THE CONTACTS IN YOUR EYES.â I personally thought it was super rude, especially coming from a store manager. I understand giving her the boxes was required, which I had no problem with giving it back, but saying to âpop outâ the contacts that were already in my eyes was extremely out of character. She wasnât going to use them for someone else anyways? The store manager really needs to correct her behavior and have a better customer service.    Read more2 years ago I got my exam and purchased my glasses here and the experience was fine. Fast forward to 2021 (MAY) they have young kids doing the pre exam portion and assisting with glasses. They also charge $99 for an exam which Is ridiculously expensive and I didn't even opt in for a x ray! They told me 10-15 business days to receive my glasses. I called on the 9th business day, the 14th business day, and the 15th business day. The never followed up, called, or even left me a message to tell me when my glasses arrived. I had my wife go pick them up on the 16th business day. Very unprofessional and lacking in the customer service department. I gave them my business twice and will go elsewhere who appreciates their customers. If you have insurance that's great the value is fair but if you go in without insurance be prepared to be taken advantaged of! So many other options please don't...
