Needful Things Market — Local services in Owasso

My husband of 34 years grew up in Owasso when there were no places to shop. His entire family have been here for over 75 years. We love Owasso, the community here is fantastic and we raised our children here, now they are grown and they are going to raise their families here as well. I have been collecting vintage items and china sets for a long time. Needful Things is a very run down small building where vendors can sell these items so I checked it out. I found some items to collect. I'm there at least once a week, I'm a great customer. Last time there were new ladies there working. I showed them their own website hoping to finish my set, I was excited and they were unbelievably rude, shrugged me off and wouldn't talk to me or show me anything. So I paid for my items and went to my car and called my husband to meet me for dinner. Those ladies working called the police on me and said I was doing drugs in my car. My car wasn't even in their parking lot. Police came search me and my vehicle and found nothing. I have never been in trouble with the police, not even a ticket. I drive a very nice vehicle, I'm dressed cute and make up on. I do not look or act like I'm on drugs. My family fully supports the police, they had to act because they were called. Of course they found nothing and nothing in my purse and sent me on my way. I've lived here a very long time, imagine my embarrassment being searched by police on a high traffic area. I have prayed for those women many times but I still don't understand. Plz do not take the chance of going in there. We discovered Needful Things about two years ago & have gone back probably a dozen times. The store is clean & organized. The staff are usually friendly, though they don't interact too much with customers now compared to our first several experiences. The booths offer a great variety-in products & prices! Overall VERY reasonable prices. If you're looking for vintage wares, handmade gifts, or just something random, you're sure to find it here! We have found several items & the staff wrap glass items nicely. Every visit has been positive! We love seeing what's new...

We had a great time looking around this place. There was a great selection and variety. Some booths have newer items. Other booths have homemade items. There are also booths with vintage pieces, my weakness is vintage kitchen utensils and advertising and was tickled to find pieces I didn't own. The front by desk staff was friendly and helpful.
