Been twice, had the lychee green tea with crystal buba the first trip. I think their sweetness scale is misleading as it says 100% sweetness is "regular" if I recall correctly. Way too sweet, had to water it down at home. The second trip I ordered the pork ramen (they were out of chicken). For almost $11 I expected a lot more. The meat was fatty and toppings scarce. My friend asked for sriracha for her ramen and the girl behind the counter seemed baffled by the idea of it! Either way, there were no condiments available. I get that Ding tea is mainly for drinks, but if you're going to sale food items then be prepared for simple requests of condiments!! We also shared one of their waffles which was the only plus that we experienced.
Another issue that I have noticed is seating, or lack thereof. Designed more for guests with beverages and not food, what table room could be found was mostly taken up by non-eating customers or some floor seating, which is very uncomfortable if you're not used to it, and is difficult to eat at.
Either way, as they have only recently opened I hope they...
Read moreI was very frustrated by my last visit... I had called ahead to have 3 drinks made for my friends and I so that when I got there they would be ready, as I was headed to meet them and didnât have time to wait in the store while they were being made. I asked if they could be ready in 15 minutes, and the girl on the phone said yes. I arrived there in 20 minutes, and when I told the 2 girls that I was the one who had ordered the 3 drinks, their eyes get very wide and they flippantly told me that they hadnât started them yet. The most frustrating part was that when I walked in, they didnât even seem busy. My order was just forgotten completely... So I left without getting anything. The drinks are always good, but the service from 2 high school aged girls this last time was pretty...
Read moreI LOVE it so much that we drive 60 miles round trip to enjoy our favorite tea. The past few times they are out of most of the toppings. The toppings are like icing on a cake. You may have a great cake but the icing sets it off! I suggest you call to find out if they have your favorite drink in stock. They also changed from the clear cups to paper cups. This is like having a beautiful decorated cake hidden by a box. Management or owners need to go back to the beginning. Keep products in stock and allow your products to be seen. The paper cup "cheapens" the whole experience and product. I'll keep coming back. This visit I brought another family here ONLY to be disappointed with the out of stocks and the cheap...
