My family of 6 needed a dishwasher to replace a failing unit. We needed the replacement badly but did not want to make an impulse mistake. At first, disappointed that almost all the appliance stores were closed when we were finally off work to go shop for one (Saturday afternoon) we braced for the expected high pressure sales tactics and Schlick schtick of a commissioned salesperson. In the end, it was the best experience I’ve ever had for a major household purchase. The sales person put up with my relentless questions and comparisons, happily shared full disclosure of all the specs and details for the models using the store computer. Through all of it the salesperson didn’t try to “steer” me in any specific direction, but let me come to my own decision for my own reasons. In the end I walked out with something completely different than what I went in for, but was 100% confident that it was the right thing for me, it didn’t have any revolutionary bells or whistles and I had never heard of the brand, but after the education I received, I legit loved the decision. With no help and at great physical sacrifice, the salesperson dug like it was buried treasure and retrieved the model i wanted so i could take it home with me instead of having to wait for another day or make another trip. I would 100% vouch for this place.. they have my business for every major purchase...

The experience from beginning to end was amazing. From the guy that helped us pick out the right fridge to the guys that delivered it, everything went as smooth as butter. The delivery drivers went so far above and beyond that they have earned customers for life.

We purchased an oven from them one week before Christmas because our old one died right before holiday meal prep. The delivery drivers made sure that we had our stove up amd running with plenty of time to get the holiday meal on the table.

Then last week, we discovered that our refrigerator was going to be needing a replacement. We went into Karl's on Sunday, picked out the new one in nearly no time, and they had it delivered by Tueasday morning. They took the time to let us clean out the area the old fridge was, and got it in. Then, we discovered some issues caused by the previous homeowners terrible choices, and the delivery guys drove all the way back here to move the fridge back out so we could take care of the poor choices of the previous owners, and get it back into place.

We cannot express how great both experiences have been. Highly recommend to anyone shopping for any kind...

So I normally don't do 5 stars on anyone but it was well deserved. My Elder Mother and I came in to buy a new washer and dryer because hers was outdated and wasn't drying properly. We met with a fine salesman but unfortunately he wasn't that knowledgeable and we got a stackable washer and dryer that didn't open the right way and thought , no problem we can have it reversed you know right to left, left to right, and unfortunately they don't all come that way now a days! So make sure you check! But I called and talked to the Manager Jeff and told him the situation and that it wasn't feesable for her Condo the way the doors opened and other things we discussed. I take care of my Mother in certain situations and I was very happy with the Manager. He fixed our problem, we resolved it, and needless to say she will be happy with her new washer and dryer. Now it was purchased with a 2 year warranty and was under 30 days so you have to understand the rules. But I'm very impressed with the service for my Mother. Thank you Jeff at Karls in Owatonna!
