I was there on Friday, November 1st to do a return. I am handicapped and use a cane to aid me, sometimes my wheelchair, I used my cane on this occasion. When I walked in, there was one person at the check out being helped. There was no one waiting to check out. There was one girl in the maze (what I call their new winding sales pitch of shelves, full of impulse buys) looking at items, but nowhere near the end where you are in line to be checked out. Seeing no one waiting, I bypassed the maze and walked directly across to wait my turn. A different employee came to a register and told me she could help me. I explained that I had a return. Her response was "for future reference, you have to go through the line, you can't cut in line." I was absolutely floored. There was no one in line waiting, I didn't cut the line at all. In fact, that girl that was still shopping in the maze left the area altogether. I told her that I had trouble walking, and that there was no one in line. She continued to berate me in a condescending tone and manner. I finished and got out to my vehicle in tears. It's hard enough to have physical limitations, everything takes us a lot longer to do. It's also embarrassing to have people stare, or be impatient because you are slow. This person had absolutely zero need to say anything unless I skipped the queue and cut in front of people. The employees name was Vicki, and Kohl's just lost a good customer. I would warn anyone with a disability to avoid this Kohl's, they obviously do not value us...
Read moreHighly recommend this location! We were happily greeted at the door with a smile. My boyfriend and I were trying to put together an outfit for a wedding this weekend. Lets just say that we are both very indecisive, not to mention stressed that we are not able to try on outfits in stores due to COVID. Alex and Diamond graciously helped select the perfect outfit that complimented my boyfriend. They listened to both of our likes and dislikes while keeping in mind our budget. These gals made our experience memorable and did this with such grace. We walked out the door with items in hand that we were able to try on at home... we couldn't be happier with the selection. Thank you both so much... we will be back soon to visit!...
Read moreKohl's is a bit of a scam if I'm being honest. They're constantly emailing coupons and advertising sales and promotions. Unfortunately, these coupons and sales don't actually apply to any of their merchandise. 95% of the time when I go into the store to buy something using the coupons they email me they rudely refuse to take them. They also offer to give you a huge discount if you sign up for your credit card, but if you're already a card holder then you're out of luck. There is clearly no reward for being loyal to this store. They offer you amazing deals to get you in the door, but will not honor...
