I was doing my once a month shopping trip to Target, on Thurs. evening, and had finished, heading to the check out. My cart was loaded, as my list was long! No one at the check outs, great! The 2 checkers waiting for customers. I start unloading, explained I was going to split it onto 2 separate transactions, as some of it was for our business. (I have a retail store too.) And wouldn't you know it the people started lining up behind me. So I and my granddaughter helped bag our items, so it would go as quickly as possible. But, the guy that was checking me out, knew the guy in line behind me. (He had a case of water) So they start talking, back and forth! WAIT! I'm the one checking out, and the cashier is paying more attention to the guy behind me than what he's doing! So he's not giving me my buy 3 get one free item, didn't give me credit for the bags I brought in, or the give card for the 2 advil I bought. Then rolls his eyes when I start my 2nd transaction, and sighs when my granddaughter want to by a pair of pj pants. Then the guy behind me has the nerve to ask me to move the cart, so he can set down his water! Needless to say, I don't think my $300.00 shopping spree was appreciated. Now another trip back to the store to get things straighten out, that I really don't have time for! Not good customer service! Open up a few more check outs to get customers through please!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWanted to say thank you to all the team members at the Owatonna Minnesota Target store that continually are so kind and helpful to my father anytime he comes into the store to do an order pickup or shop. I live north in Duluth and place the orders for him as itās easier and he goes and picks them up when he has the time after they are ready. He is a bit older, but itās often challenging for him to navigate certain things in our technology driven world as he has very little understanding of computers, and really his own phone in general. He tells me after every pickup that the experience was great, easy, and very helpful. I had a lot of anxiety the first time we did this as he loses his patience quickly and often becomes frustrated. I cannot express my gratitude for the phone call I received the first time he did a pickup to tell me how smoothly things had gone and how much he liked that we worked something like this out. Thank you thank you thank you, for making his experience so easy and great every time. I appreciate it more than I can say, especially living a distance away, and I know he appreciates the convenience of it all too!...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreShopping and saw an end cap with several miscellaneous items with a sign stating 50 percent off. Saw an item to purchase went to the cashier, couldn't buy it with the 'sale'. Several different excuses as to why not, but bottom line, the end cap stated 50 percent off and that it'll ring up at the register. Nothing there was marked so went to purchase and 'oh dear' can't sell it for the advertised sale even though it was clearly marked, even showed them a picture of it. Bad customer service Target, there were only two of those items left and couldn't honor your advertised pricing. Not sure I will be shopping there again. Watch out for...
