I have dealt with Joel on multiple occasions. He comes across as rude and doesn’t seem to care that I’m bringing money to his business. On one occasion he actually laughed at me until I pulled out the money, then he was singing a different song. The reason I’m writing this review is because I brought a ring in to get resized, just going down one size, and there is a stone missing, there are bubbles all over the ring, it honestly just doesn’t look like the same ring.
