Taco Bell — Restaurant in Owatonna

We ordered a new item (grilled cheese nacho cheese fries) we were upset with the quality of our order. There were 6 fries total in the order. My quesadilla was not cut so I went up to the counter to have it cut. The employees heard my husband's complaints about the order and were gathered together talking about us. I got my quesadilla cut and went back to the table. I didn't have a receipt so I went back to the counter to get a receipt so I could do the online survey and Grant was staring me down and complaining to his coworker about me and my quesadilla. I have never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcomed in a restaurant. It was very unprofessional. As I was leaving I could hear the woman at the counter complaining about another customer. So this must be the environment they are comfortable creating. We have always frequented Taco Bell usually at least weekly but if this is the level of respect they are setting I definitely do not...

We love taco bell!!we frequent taco bell in any city or state we travel but we live in Owatonna, Minnesota and this taco bell here is definately not even close to being good..we order the crunch wrap supreme every time and we order it with extra nacho cheese every time.this taco bell does not and I repeat does not accommodate to their customers.so I call and talked to someone.the person on the other end of the phone was the lady that made them as well.when I told her my complaint she had some story about how she put extra on them.I also told her I have been ordering them for overc4 months now and I never had one so dry...I will not be going back there and I will tell others to be very careful as well..she didnt even suggest us to bring them back and she could remake them...how sad is that..sad place and sad...

The fact that it’s been over 72 hours since I tried to contact corporate and this hasn’t been any communication from them is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered delivery Friday night at 11:30 through their app. When my food was delivered I was missing over half my order. Tried to call the store no answer. Literally called 15 times before someone finally picked up. I offered to drive to go get it myself because I was hungry. They told me they closed in 8 mins at 12:36am. However they do not close until 1am. I spent 34 dollars and got maybe 12 dollars worth of food. I would not recommend ordering from them for delivery at all because they just don’t seem to care if it’s...
