Perry, James, and Stacey are an outstanding team!!! They know their business well and their customer service has no equal!! My Army son (HOOAHH!!) just purchased a jeep wrangler with a non-functioning sound system. We spoke with Perry and explained what my son was experiencing. He asked us to bring the Jeep down. We came down that afternoon. Within three minutes of arriving, Perry, James, and Stacey were all over that Jeep and quickly discovered the issue. We waited while they fixed it and my son is very happy that he doesn't have to drive 12 hours to his next duty station in silence! Plus we got to become very good friends with Stacey's dogs! She didn't even charge for that experience! These folks are absolutely dedicated to their customers!! I have an older truck with a stereo installed by Custom Car Stereo. The heat and air controls screen went black and blew hot air all the time. I went over to Custom Car Stereo and Perry met me in the front. He asked how old the stereo was and attempted to look up my receipt. Uh, oh. The receipt for our purchase of this radio was not showing up in their system. Get this, didn't matter. Stacy came out and reviewed the radio, took it apart right there and went in with the module. She returned in just a few minutes, reinstalled the module and it works! I can't say enough about the exceptional service I received at Custom Car Stereo today. Exceptional customer service! They did an exceptional job. They troubleshooted my issues quickly, effectively and efficiently. And, they were very honest about exactly what I needed, and up front about the cost of the new equipment and repairs/labor cost!!
