I was at a point in my life where I wanted a change. I had been in the education field for all my life but I felt like I really wasn't fulfilling my purpose. Growing up I always wanted to be a teacher or work to help people who were sick (In the medical field) . I began searching the internet and stumbled upon Ross. I set up a day to meet with the staff and received a tour. I was welcomed immediately, all questions I had were answered. I had a good time at first, glad I had opportunity to come back to college and get my diploma in medical assisting. however I feel like there should be better communication with students when it comes to externs and placing individuals. I was placed last minute and it was extremely stressful, considering I didn't know where I was being placed till the day before externs. Some issues should be handled better than they have been, and corporate should take in consideration of students who have issues that haven't been resolved. Overall I'm happy I have my diploma so it can open doors for me. I just feel communication with students...

My experience at Ross was an excellent one. Not going to say it was easy all the time because I would be lying I did have some rough days. My instructor made my learning easier for me to understand and took her time to explain it if I didn't understand something. Ms. Stone doesn't get enough recognition she deserves she strives to make her students succeed and for this I love her even more. Now I am on the road to getting a job and doing the online classes for my associates then will continue after that is done and do the online for my bachelors. I highly recommend...
