Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Owensboro

Was very cold inside was going to sit outside because it was warmer and a nice night out. In mind it was around 8:30pm. The waitress was very nice and was helping us move stuff outside. The manager seen what we were doing and started being a butt and wouldn't let us. ( In mind me, my wife, and two children would've been the only ones outside at the tables. ) So we had to sit inside and wait for are food and then eat. That was two nights ago on 6/19/2019, me and my family has been sick all congested up since yesterday morning when we woke up. 6/20/19. The manager was very unprofessional didn't care about his customers at what they would like to have. He just cared about himself and the stupid game that was on TV. This was my first time ordering from Pizza Hut and it is by far the WORST service I have ever received considering that I never even got the pizza that I ordered!!!!! I ordered a $10 pizza box at 10:25 PM. I was told that I would receive my pizza at 11:55 PM. At 12:30 AM I called the place wondering why it had been over 2 hours and I still did not have my pizza. The store was already closed and I was placed on hold for a representative for 10 minutes and when they answered they hung up on me. The next day when I went in to talk to a manager the guy tried to tell me that I hadn't ordered a delivery that I had ordered a carry out which was a lie. I had ordered online and gotten a receipt through email and showed him that I ordered a delivery. He ended up giving me a $10 credit for pizza but after I use that I probably won't ever order...

Will tamper with your food. Associates step on pizza dough and toppings. Incorporate fecal matter into ingredients to disguise that the food is contaminated. The associates hid my food and caused me to get upset so they could video tape me. I have severe memory loss and can't remember events that happen to me. The associates know this and take advantage of this. Please understand this is NOT just an isolated incident and it certainly has happened to many people that come here. NEVER RETURNING. Two people specifically is a 30's slim white woman with brown straight hair. The other is 40's white man that is balding. He is a delivery driver, but sometimes comes to the window.
