Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Owensboro

Me and my son. Stop there September 22 ,25 when I was released from the hospital to get some good food. It's a very amazing people that night. Gentlemen. By the name John, he was Awesome, young lady. Her last name Miss Dunn, she was very pleasant, then last but not least name Kathy this young lady. Was everything all rolled up into one? Kind-hearted sweet soft-spoken nice. Add a sense of humor which they all did they all had smiles.Very well mannered now, if you're looking for a place to eat, it's a godling place. It's a cleaning, very clean place to eat very pleasant people. There's not been one time that I've stopped there, but they have not. Been pleasant. They always are in manners. Oh, let me tell you about the dress code. I love it. Clean-cut. Dress neatly. I'm not putting anybody down. I'm just stating a fact, you can't go to another restaurant and they aint got kids working there with big old earrings in their ears in their nose. It's like they don't care about their appearance. No more or their restaurants no more. What happened? That's all I got to say But this one, I'm 62 years old, and it's the cleanest they're awesome and the gentleman John. The best? Manager, I've ever seen. That day will stick with me the rest of my life. I really enjoyed myself that day. Not only because I was with one of my amazing sons,, the food was great. The service was great. The place was clean. The kittles was dressed appropriwhen I think. We're a good word is deserved. ...

This “new & improved” Chick Fil A is terrible. I went for breakfast, as I used to do every morning, & asked for the vegetarian burrito bc I don’t eat meat-obviously- & they told me they didn’t have a vegetarian option anymore & that they weren’t doing specials at all anymore & then when I asked, “so Cfa is telling customers no now?” she just laughed. So I had to get a chicken burrito & pull out all the pieces of chicken & on top of all that, the burrito I was sold had a huge tear in the middle throughout the entire burrito I had to hold together to eat. On top of all of that, they are not the Cfa we’ve had forever. The staff aren’t only not friendly anymore; they’re rude, impatient, incompetent & inhospitable. As a former employee, I was upheld to a different standard- such as respecting the employees, being patient as well as quick & accepting while remaining friendly no matter the situation. Additionally, they spiked their prices & reduced the amount of food you get. Don’t order a large fry or you’ll likely get a small fluffed into a large box. All around, will never go to chick Fil a Owensboro again or will be letting everyone know the experience I had today at this...

Usually the food here is fantastic & ive never had an issue before. However, this wasn't the case during my visit yesterday. I don't know if it was the time of my visit (8:50 pm; they close at 9) or something else but everything I ordered was terrible. The waffle fries were lukewarm, soggy & grease ladden (not a single crispy one in the whole order). My chicken nuggets also weren't hot, nor were they juicy on the inside. The breading was so hardened in places I was afraid I would hurt my teeth by them and they were so dried out internally it was like chewing cardboard. My beverage, a frozen coffee, also wasn't up to the usual par of Chick Fil A. It was missing the whipped cream I requested and by the time it was in my hands, it was more akin to chocolate milk than a frozen drink, consistency speaking.
