Called ahead, 4/28. Didn’t even get seated. Went in with a group of family, called ahead to reserve us a spot. When I call I used the word “reservation”, they took my name, number and everything. They said our table would be ready by then. Get there and ended up waiting almost an hour before the table was ready. During the wait time some of my group members went up to the counter to see how much longer it would be before we were seated. Each time they checked, once every 15 minutes or so, the lady behind the counter was very rude to them, kept giving them an attitude from the second we checked in. We had 7 adults, 2 kids (one baby), other groups of 5-8 people kept coming in and getting seated right away, but there apparently wasn’t room for us in the time we waited??? No, if you can seat other large groups, you can seat us. My child was hungry, so if you don’t have time for us then just say it. We flagged someone down to get the manager of whom told us they don’t do reservations. Well if you don’t do reservations then say that to people when they call to put on in instead if wasting our time and giving an attitude the entire time we wait. By the time the table was ready we had agreed to go elsewhere where they had a table open and ready for us. We just walked out and went there instead. We were so sick of the employees, treatment, and atmosphere it had created for us they were didn’t feel like staying, felt extremely unwelcomed at that point. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We will never visit this location again, not worth the time. 2 people in my group know the people in charge of 2 of the locations, apparently they have known them for a few years. (No, I’m not just saying that, they really do know them. I won’t say names for privacy reasons, but they do plan on calling them to discuss the treatment we were given.) Fick this place, and its host. I don’t know her name, but she was there at 5:30 African American, bout mid 20’s. If she can’t show costumers respect or curiosity then she shouldn’t be working in an environment where she has to talk to them so much. Read moreSo to start with the service was not what we were used to, we order and I ask for my chili to come out with my wife's salad first so we could eat together. The waitress stinks of cigarette smoke. every time she speaks, it is very apparent and not pleasant. After about 25 minutes out comes our food, entrees for everyone. My wife points out that she never got her salad. So they brought her salad, she was polite and didn't want to complain, but I did point out that her food would be ice cold by the time she ate her salad, the waitress just said sorry do you not want the salad then.. There was no offer to make sure she could have her salad and a fresh entree. I'm out of my drink and asked for a refill. 10 minutes later, a refill finally arrived, just a tea. So now my food is cold as well. We both had pork chops, and both were dry and overdone. My daughter had a steak that was overdone and underseasoned. I told the waitress and she said people had complained all night about that. Why not tell us before we ordered or made it right? Waitress came back for drink refills, and she must have had another smoke break. My daughter wouldn't even touch her lemonade because she said she could taste the smoke. 20 minutes for the bill, my daughter's ball team sold discount cards that we asked to be applied. They took my card and agreed to take off the discount before running the card. They brought it back to sign and had applied the discount to a different table. When reringing the transaction, they charged my card for both. My bank fixed it after the restaurant insisted they didn't make a mistake but it took 2 days. Read moreWent for lunch/dinner with my mom and my kid. Had 3pm reservations. Arrived at 2:55, and the parking lot was already packed. Went to the desk to check in and was told we were 2nd in line to be seated. Stood there 10 minutes, while 3 parties were seated. Went to the counter to again be told we were 2nd in line. So I asked how 3 other parties were already seated. The girl didn't even answer me. Another party was seated, and another.. so again I approached the desk.. furious at this point, just to be told their servers hadn't arrived yet. It was 430 before we were finally seated. The waitress was quick to take our order, and bring drinks and bread. Another 30 minutes passed, as we waited for food. (Should have been the clue to just get up and leave at that point) Finally our food arrives, my son's kid meal cheeseburgers were fresh and hot. My mom's 2 porkchops were hard, tough, and cold. She ordered mushrooms and onions on her porkchops, but there wasn't any on them. I ordered the sirloin and shrimp with mushrooms and onions. Mine had very little mushrooms and onions, but hey.. atleast there were some, but my steak wasn't cooked medium well, or even fresh and hot for that matter. I told the waitress, who had a manager come over. I made the manager feel my steak and shrimp. Which she agreed was cold. Everything about our meal was messed up, remade, and still cost us nearly $100.00. The only thing that went well that day was my dad's to go order. I doubt I will go back.
