C Spire — Local services in Oxford

Went in for upgrade. Added an Apple Watch that was FREE as long as I agreed to $10 service line. Taxes and fees for upgrade came out to $137. I agreed to have it added to my bill. My bill came, and it was $278! Mind you, my plan WITH taxes is only $79/month. Come to find out, the FREE Apple Watch is still applicable to the full device amount taxes and all taxes and fees and surcharges from the state AND Cspire services. After being highly annoyed as this was CLEARLY left out, I was also told my Apple Watch could not be returned even though my receipt says devices, without stipulations on which, can be returned within 14 days. I WILL NEVER DO THAT AGAIN. Cspire used to have the best service compared to its competitors, but the service is not any better or worse than other companies now (speaking as someone who has been with Cspire since Cellular South). I have been a customer for MANY YEARS, including when they were Cellular South, and I think it was Cellular One (20 minutes free a month). After chatting with a rep. And being told that my phone WAS ELIGIBLE to have my busted screen replaced FREE OF CHARGE! I went to this cspire store because not all stores can do repairs. Only to b told that who ever i had talked to did not know what they were talking about ! They said that a new screen would cost me $100! Or they could repair my broken one for $75.
