Goodwill Store — Local services in Oxford

Goodwill does not help anyone. They say they give people jobs, so does McDonald's and other places. My mother and I was behind some people who's house had burned and they would not give them anything. My mother told them she would give them things they needed if they come by her store. Goodwill told My mother she could not do that in their store, and my mother told them she trying to sell them anything she was given it to them. She had a new and used store in the same town. The people lost everything in the fire. Goodwill would not help them at all. Everything is given to Goodwill. I have a friend who has worked there and they don't pay good enough to have everything given to them. Then they had the nerve to ask us for the change to round it off to an even dallor amount which made us mad. I would give goodwill a double 0 if the had it in the ratings. I may go in Goodwill once a year because of that. They need to change their name because they not good and don't help anyone. They not a charity that's for sure. TERRIBLE PLACE!!! I found an item for a few cents and decided to purchase it since it was cheap. I got to the register and the cashier has a bad attitude and says why is it so cheap. She pulls out a sticker for 10 times the price and puts on it, then rings it up. I refused to buy it and walked out but did get the woman’s name. “Caroline W”. This place has a nasty Oder, RUDE staff, broken items, dirty items for way to high of a price to be as they are, cashiers that just put random prices on things that are in the store already priced, and are prejudice! WILL NEVER shop here again. I’ll just purchase my things online brand new with free shipping. I seriously don’t think it’s even in store policies that they can pull out stickers and place them over items you find that are already priced as is in the store. Play personally when I go to the thrift store it's because I want to buy second-hand items add a major discount for a used item and I know sometimes people donate new stuff as well but anyways these thrift stores have gotten to where they overcharge and overprice everything.
