I would not recommend. Buying there .They do not stand behind thuer policies of a one year insurance policy on furniture if anything goes wrong and they o ly post goid reviews. I am 86 and on fixed income I saved enough money to buy Livingroom Fyrniture and Recliner. It was something wrong with right side when you sat down you fall to right side. It is very uncomfortable to sat in After setting in it for 3 or 4 months .I developed Siatic nerve problems. Had to have Eperdurial shots. I call manager and after 2 .months of talking to.him back and forth He promise to fix my chair .They mailed a bug box of parts and sent out a young guy to fix. He egnored the big box and stuffed some foam in to chair. I then called owner of chair and was told by him they mailed parts and sent someone out costing them $700 and there was nothing more they could do. So I am stuck with a box of parts never been opened and a chair that is uncomfortable to sat in and still 2 months left on insurance .They drugged thier feet until my ins. Is abiut to run out. If I was not a Christian I would sue them . But I want do that . They will pay on Judgement day.They will not stand behind what they sell if something goes wrong. That was at the store in (Oxford Alabama.) Well what should I do with this unopened Box of parts .I am not able to fix my chair since I am 86 yrs. Old. So people can buy furniture there but you have to go by ins. Company's say so . If something is not what it is suppose to be . Ok.if you can live with doing me that way I can live with it . I will let others know your furniture is beautiful but you don't stand behind it .Because you have to do what the insurance we pay for is no good if they have trouble with thier furniture..I learned a lesson you can not trust Oxford Room by Room Furniture . Or thier .management and Owner. If you would do a 86 yr. Old woman that way you would not blink twice for someone else. My 84 year old mom bought a recliner here along with the 12 month extended warranty. After 3 months, she contacted the store and told them the chair, seat was wearing out in the middle causing sever pain to my mother's hips. They sent a repair man to fix the chair and he stuffed foam into the seat portion still rendering the chair un-useful. My mother asked for a complete reimbursement and they refused. Now my mother on a fixed income, must repurchase another chair from a different location. I had to give them a one star but would rather give them none. If you purchase here, you will not get a warranty and they do not back their product. In you reply, you said it was a 5 year protection plan and my mother can still get a replacement. Adam was out sales associate that helped us and he was very wonderful, super helpful in getting us the pricing needed for the furniture we was looking at. They have good looking furniture, only downfall was a lot of what I would've liked to have was on back order.. Through everything it was a great experience & truly appreciate Adam for all of this help today & also Julie (I think was her name) I wanted another female's opinion & she was truly wonderful to help me with her opinion.
