Alright, story time. I go here frequently for all my needs as i was living in Pacifica at the time. They had a special complimentary gram of concentrates with the purchase of another concentrate. Unfortunately the complimentary one was sativa and i only like indica. I continued into the weeks picking up my needs and respectfully declining the complimentary gram. Fast forward to today, i walk in the store after just getting off work and a staff member who regularly serves me told me that finally they have complimentary grams in indica. He proceeds to tell me that he remembers me declining the grams over the weeks and instead of giving me the 1 complimentary indica he gives me 2 more. He stated that he appreciates the loyalty and wanted to show the mutual love. The staff is just awesome and personable and they are lead by Henry who is equally as awesome. I dont even live in pacifica anymore and i still go to them for all my needs so that should speak volumes. 10/10, two thumbs up, highly recommend....
Read moreNO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS! I purchased a fairly expensive battery charger and it stopped working while fully charged. Brought it back to exchange and was told that they don't do exchanges, since it's been few month and the resin mark can be seen....wow! I paid $60.00 and this store will not stand by the quality of their EXPENSIVE products! Clerk said that he doesn't know what I did with it and I have most probably damaged it. I requested to speak store owner, and was denied, since it's early morning, and the owner is sleeping.... at 10:30am... I wasn't given a business card with owner's information either. Most likely the clerk was the owner. Lol. Very disappointing for a business to sell expensive poor quality products and have absolutely no customer service. There are so many other stores to go to. I've received 2 of the wrong cartridges after leaving or opening it did I realize I was handed the wrong one on 2 seperate occasions. A third time I was given the wrong bud somehow even though it was chosen from only 2 options. Today I went there during happy hour promotion and cashier first told me a total that was completely wrong, 180 when it was 144 before discount, 114 after. Noticed my account lower than it should and see, They charged me Twice, once for 114 and once for 124. I'm seriously done. This is all within 1.5 month span. Come on guys for real. This isn't hard.
