I am like another customer if I could give a zero review I would. Poor customer service for one. My husband has the gold member thing where first payment is free. We got a living room at the end of January. It got delivered a week or so after we ordered it. He got approved for it and they ordered it. A week later we get a call to set up delivering which was almost another week after that. We were never told a date when a payment was due or anything. Then he gets a text not a phone call as the manager says and he replied he didn't know due date or anything. He never told them a day or anything when we be in to make a payment like the woman said. I talked to her on the workers phone that was sent out to my house. We have always dealt with Aaron's for all our needs on furniture or appliances because they were so customer friendly but we will no longer be dealing with them after this. We have just made our last purchase with Aaron's. Bring back the good ones and we might rethink it but not until then. We have gotten a bedroom set, washer and dryer, fridge, and now living room suit from Aaron's since 2019 but we are done now...

I'm on a fixed income but was told by the manager Jay at that time that I was unreliable to make payments, he automatically assumed I paid more in housing compared to what I do actually pay in housing and pretty much discriminated me and my disability. This review I hope helps those on a fixed income to not pursue renting from here unless you like being told you can't make payments by those who didn't look at a lease statement or a copy of a benefit letter to show proof of what I make.
