I thought Kroger's was one of the grocery stores that I can relax and take my time and do my shopping without worrying about being harassed or stealing from me by an employee there. Even though it was a couple of dollars, how many other customers did they take from? And for how long? So that's why I had to say something , because when I first went in there I seen a lady come back to get her credit card that the cashier had and took forever giving the card back to the lady. Then my situation, were I didn't even have enough money to get groceries that's why I had my food stamp card, I had $23 on it and three in one dollar bills. That's all they give me for food stamps a month and I have to get the rest by faith. So, this man I think he is the manager, asked me if I needed help and I said no but he came anyway and started ringing my stuff up. And the reason why I said no is because I wanted to make sure I had enough for groceries but he rang it up so fast it went over and all I had was the three dollars. So he had me to go to another register for this other cashier to fix the problem but then I realized I didn't have the three dollars, the man still had it and he never gave it back. She was able to bring the amount down but I still didn't have enough because he took my money and when she was able to get his attention, they let me go. These things can't happen when you barley can afford food and people want to take advantage of you when you are disabled and you can't really do anything. Now, I could of cause a big issue for him but I didn't say anything because he may had needed it more than me, although he's a Manager at Kroger and get paid more than once a month. I'm sorry but that's how you loose your customers! Over three dollars! Being greedy! Not using your brain! This can make him loose his job, Stealing from a customer! I hope y'all enjoy your days. And...
Read moreI visit this particular Kroger location frequently (more than once a week) and have never experienced poor customer service or encountered any type of situation that made me leave unhappy. The staff is unbelievably helpful and friendly. Numerous times employees have gone above and beyond to help me whether I specifically ask for help or they voluntarily inform me of even more ways to save! The Kroger app is awesome when it comes to available coupons and comparison to other corporately ran businesses that provide gas stations, Kroger is the best at automatically offering low prices and the point system which allows you to reach multiples of $0.10 off depending on points earned ($1.00 spent is 1 point earned) but the receipt provides the option of filling out a short survey to receive 50 fuel points instantly. Thus making it even more easily obtainable to reach the 100 point mark that gives you the $0.10 off fuel. Kroger is by far the best all around and this location is my particular favorite due to the friendly staff I have always been...
Read moreUsually love Kroger's but employe that assumed that it was her job to lecture me about my daughter being with me upon entering the store then tracking us down to lecture us more about proper spacing, I brought the cart from the parking lot to lean on and support myself because I have a crushed disc in my back, and i am well aware of the importance of distancing, I have a messed up lung missing a kidney and no spleen, that means I am very immune compromised, I am dirty from work because I love my job and want to continue to contribute to society, my silence was not an acceptance of your lecture on social distancing, but had I open my mouth to respond I probably would have completely unloaded on you, and pulled up my shirt in front of you and everybody to show you the 12 inch long scar from my belly button to...
