The food is good, though it doesn't seem too customizable. The price feels high for the quality/portion size, and each time I've been inside the customer service is somewhat pleasant at best and apathetic at the worst. I don't hate Penn Station, but I don't think of it when I an trying to decide where to eat, it's only when I see the sign do I consider it. One of my most favorite places to eat! Absolutely obsessed with their Reuben! Arbys I love you but you don't have nothing on Penn station! And all natural hand cut fries!!!😮 my sever was polite and gave me everything I asked for in a good time frame. Store looked amazing. Fair priced and I seen what I believed to be one of the owners cleaning tables. Applauded!! I could eat there everyday! Have literally never had a bad experience there and can't wait to go back! Never have I had a bad sandwich from the pen station on new holt road. The manager at this location did nothing to correct their mistake. First, he didn’t want to come to the phone. They were not busy… the sandwiches were soaked in grease. And Not made to order. For 50 dollars, you’d think they’d offer to correct the issue. Never visiting this location again. They obviously need some kind of REAL supervision!...
