I’d like to add yet another poor service experience at this Southside location. I ordered a drink at the drive thru window today. It was $3.59 and I handed the girl $5.75 because I didn’t have exact change. She says as I hand it to her, I’ll get you your $2 and proceeds to hand me just that and not the 16 cents she also owed me. I never said to keep the change as a tip and although I’m not opposed to tipping and have when a car hop is serving me, I would a least appreciate being asked if I want my full change back. Assuming it’s yours to keep without asking or being told to keep it, is stealing. This location could use some help.
I have had several negative experiences at this location recently. They have told me on more than one occasion that any food items would be a 15-20 minute wait. The most recent time I was told this there was no more than 5 cars in the drive in. They can hardly hear you over the speakers, and this seems to be an issue at most spots so I assume it’s their speaker system. When you do have to repeat yourself or correct something they heard incorrect they act put out. I don’t know what the issue is lately, but some attention needs to be given to this location...

We used to go here all the time, then mistakes started to happen, and then if we used the app and pulled up to get it order, they'd tell us no refunds, but what we ordered isn't available so they could either write a note and we could come back another day, or we could choose something else.
Lots of times it was simple stuff they'd miss, like ordered a plain cheeseburger only to open it and see all the condiments and toppings on.
Twice we have ordered through the app for things like Pretzels or other things on sale. Get there and say "we can't give refunds, but what you ordered isn't available"
We thought "let's try a milkshake during their 1/2 price deal. It's hard to mess up a milkshake."
Get there, have to change 2 out of 3 milkshakes.
Then I got home and realized they didn't even add in the extras to my milkshake that I paid for.
I feel like Sonic wants people to use the app so they can screw people out of more money.

Read moreWas here around 5 o’clock today and a little blonde girl with ponytail and a bad attitude served my family and got our order wrong and literally argued with me over the intercom because she did not want to admit that she did not give us any sauce and shorted us an order of mozzarella sticks and gave us something completely different yet she did not even want to come check. She just kept repeating that she was right and we were wrong implying we were lying about having any sauce and the mozzarella sticks that we were shorted. She was very rude and gave us quite a tone and when she did come back out, she said well our fryer just started back up so it will be awhile and I said I will be speaking to her manager over her attitude and horrible service and she pointed her finger rolled her eyes and said go ahead and stormed off.
