I just want to say ā the manager at this location is an absolute gem and truly deserves a raise.šš¤
There was a small issue with my receipt ā I was accidentally charged for one extra pack of chicken sausages (I bought four, but five were scanned), and I also didnāt realize they cost more than I thought. Normally, resolving this kind of thing would make me anxious ā you know, it takes a bit of courage to go back and speak up.
But this manager didnāt just fix the mistake ā he completely dissolved all the stress I had around it. No drama, no resistance, just kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. He turned what couldāve been an awkward experience into something that made me trust and love Aldi even more.
He issued the refund without any questions asked ā even though I had a photo of the items as proof, he didnāt need to see it. He simply believed me. And that level of trust and respect meant so much to me. Iām truly grateful for that.
Also, I couldnāt help but notice how his team responds to him ā heās not the kind of manager people fear. Heās clearly a respected leader, the kind people truly listen to because they admire him. That kind of leadership is rare and worth recognizing.
I always tell myself during Mercury retrograde, āDonāt blame people ā itās just that time of the month⦠for the cosmos!ā š And this time, not only was the issue solved, but it honestly made my day better.
Thank you for having such amazing people on your team. Iām a loyal ALDI shopper ā and this experience just reminded...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt was clean, that's the nicest thing I can say about this. I read through all of the reviews of people that gave great reviews, they do know share my life experiences so we will never agree. It was like walking into an empty garage sale. They may have some necessities, but so does Walgreens and 711, and those places actually have the other things I am looking for. I dont care if I save a dollar on milk, I would never set foot in an Aldi again. Ps. I am happy to spend $7 on a gallon of milk that isn't poisonous. So place me into which ever class you wish.
They have a weak selection, people who wrote otherwise, have you been to any other store?
Why do they corral you through like an amusement park? Because people who shop here have no value of time. Even if I had found the things that I was looking for, I would have waited 30 minutes in the single check out line. Aldi you have your niche, but I do not belong to it.
I gave 2 stars, because I was able to walk through each isle, looking over every shelf, not finding what I wanted, in less than 3 minutes. That convenience got you the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI tried to call Aldi's administration, but I wasn't able to get throughā I was directed to their website instead. I really donāt want to express my dissatisfaction publicly, but I feel itās necessary to share my experience to inform other shoppers about whatās happening at Aldi. On Sunday, I visited the store to pick up some fruits and vegetables. I bought some organic bananas, which were a bit green, but I thought they'd be perfect to peel later since I was expecting guests in a couple of days. To my surprise, when I tried to peel them, it became clear that the bananas seemed to be made of some unidentified material. I wasn't too upset at first, but as everyone who witnessed it can attest, they turned out to resemble plastic more than actual fruit! I just want to warn fellow shoppersāplease be extra cautious when you see something that looks off. Donāt rush into buying and consuming products that seem unclear. Let's all stay safe...
