Expensive for what you're getting, we had ordered our meal then decided to add on a cheese for our fries, we had two numbers on our table and the MANAGER brings out are cheese before anything else then took the wrong number then questioned my vested clear as day service dog very rudely. This is where things get worse a server walks out with our food looking for our number which has been taken from our table already , she had some sort of developmental delay and I could tell that she was confused when she could not find the number, I can see this manager who previously visited our table just stand at the counter laughing at her. As she's walking back up to the counter to figure out why she can't find the number she trips and spilled half of our food( mistakes happen I don't blame her for what happened what so ever), she then tells the staff up front that she spilled and they blow her off, she comes back out looking for someone to take this food and we had a kids meal and that's how we identified it as ours. Our food is at room temperature at this point and my mom came out from the bathroom after taking my sister's boyfriends daughter to the bathroom and we explain to her what happened and she goes up to try to get the rest of our food and the cashier tells her she's lying and my mom points to our food spilled on the floor and that's what got us the rest of our food. Then we get another cheese cup because they are so unorganized. our server was super remorseful and came up and apologized many times which was very appreciative but before she came over to apologise she got screamed at by this horrible manager. At most restaurants if something is wrong with a customers order you usually go and see if you can resolve, that never happened. I wish I could rate this -10 because of the treatment of my server by the manager. I will never go back to this location in my life if I go back to a...
Read moreMy burger had a hair in it. let me be clear, Not that big of a deal. I've worked in restaurants most of my life, I know not everything is going to be perfect but the response by management is the key. me and my wife both got burgers and I found the hair in mine quickly, naturally we both we no longer in the Culvers mood tonight so I brought mine back to store looking for a refund to eat somewhere else (truth be told there was a 100% chance that we would be back, your close to home and good food). So I wasn't mad or rude (I am now) but apparently it is culvers' policy to only refund the food that is brought back. now to me this means one of two things 1) Culvers actually expected my wife gamble with her burger after we found the hair in mine or 2) Culvers thinks that I was lying for free food. As insulting as that paranoia is it also led to a dangerous health code issue. I told the manager, "I brought the burger and hair back but im sure you don't want to bring something that has been in my mouth back in there". Apparently I was wrong because she thought I was lying so strongly that she took the bag, brought it back inside the building and went through it (during a pandemic). As insulting as this all was at the end of the day all I want is my refund. sorry this took so long to tell thank you...
Read moreI don’t often leave reviews on restaurants, especially chains, but I feel the need to today. As I was in the dining room waiting for my food Tuesday evening, one of the workers appeared to have had a medical episode and seemed to have collapsed. I have to commend the staff and particularly the managers for their quick response and handling of the situation. I believe they stopped taking orders so all employees would be available to help if need be. I don’t know what the policy is on responding to an emergency but the staff deserves more than a pat on the back for their responsiveness and their very clear concern, they probably saved that kids life. Kudos to them. Edit to add I have taken away my 5 star review for this resin, I ran into the male manager earlier today at the grocery store. I asked if he was the one who stopped orders being taken and he said yeah, I told him that was a good call. He told me he was reprimanded by the owner for that, and he was told he should NOT have called the ambulance for the employee. He quit after that, good for him and SHAME on the owner of this Culver’s for being so ridiculous. A persons life was at stake and he doesn’t think calling the ambulance is the right thing to do. I will never eat at this...
