I got my usual flatbread, and the flatbread they used was thin as a tortilla and just as floppy. It's almost like they are using rectangular tortillas now instead of flatbread. Read moreI visited this location twice while staying at the Renaissance Hotel nearby. I was so impressed with The staff. Extremely friendly, extremely helpful really outstanding! I honestly can’t say enough they just went over the top to be pleasant and helpful. My visits were Friday morning, August 22 and Sunday morning August 24. I’m sharing this information so the manager is can thank these employees and hopefully retain them - they are so good for your business. the lady didnt even listen what i want in my salad. I couldnt tell her that I want spinach too in my salad. the cashier didnt even let me use my rewards points for the purchase in very rude manner the quantity of salad was 1/4 of the regular subway salad that I can get it from somewhere else..
I always love subway and crave for it but I think just because of this experience, I would think that subway has reduced their overall quality or just this location has..
