The customer service is extremely horrible, run far away! Save your money go to a better restaurant. If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would.
Food is decent at times. I don't post negative reviews on Google. But, this has been one of the worst resurant with horrible customer service. What resturant doesn't take payment over the phone nowadays! This is insane! They have DoorDash orders that they process..
I have dined in person, and ordered through the phone several times, over the past couple years. They have my information saved in their computer. They know that I have ordered with them before, and as a customer I have paid for orders.
Each time my order was averaged $30-50+. I have paid by phone the past couple of times. Each time they have given us trouble. My brother went to go pick up the food and they gave him a hard time saying that they needed the card in person. Then they demanded that I show them a picture of my card, mind you this is for food that I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR, and the payment has been processed. So, I send a pic of my card to my brother to show them. Then they release my food! I asked to speak with the manager/ owner they would not give me the managers name or the owners to contact them.
Then today I just called to order just one dish, at first the guy was taking the order. As soon as he knew I wasn't ordering anything more than 1 dish, he said " He can't take payment over the phone." Then gave the phone over to another Lady to where she said " we don't take payment over the phone, we have problems for business". I asked to speak with the manager and or the owner. Then she deliberately acted like she couldn't hear me.. all of sudden, and hung up the phone. I called again, she hung up the phone on me again.
Then she called again acting like she couldn't hear, then I said I will leave a negative review on Google for bad customer service. Then she acted like she could hear me. I asked for the manager again, she said that her manager isn't available. The I asked when the owner will be in she said that he's unavailable as well... They did this to several of my orders, I asked for a manager and they said that the manager was unable. I let it slide for the horrible service and horrible behavior, but not again.
I will no longer be returning as customer. Their food was decent at times. The service is extremely horrible.

Read moreI would give if there is less than one star if possible. I visited this restaurant for a birthday party on may 11. I forgot my airpods. As I can see the location. I immediately called them. A boy answered the phone. He said that they found the airpods and are safe at the reception . I asked can I come and pick them up now. He said not to worry and I can come whenever I want to. I asked them to write my name and number and only give airpods if it’s the correct name. They noted my name and when I was going to tell my phone number they said it’s not necessary your AirPods are safe with us. The next day is Monday and the whole week was hectic with work. I thought my airpods are safe at reception. After I got free from work. When I called them to get my AirPods on may 20. They said they weren’t able to find my AirPods and asked me to call on may 21. I called on may 21, they were telling me that they heard this issue for the first time. I told them the location is moved to wheeling, can you please check if someone took. They said they weren’t able to find out and are asking me to go and check that wheeling location. They asked me not to call because they are busy and have other things to do as well. They told me they will give me a call back after finding them. Still no call. The worst service I ever sawI know that restaurant people are not responsible for lost items. But if they found something and assured me that it’s safe. Then it’s their responsibility. They asked they will check and get back to me. But they didn’t. This is the most expensive I ever had. Dosa price + price of my airpods. The worst restaurant experience I ever had. The negligence of staff can clearly be seen here. I can’t imagine what and all can be missing. If you lost something or if children accidentally throw something, it’s gone. If you are visiting even after reading this. First thing we noticed an employee openly teasing the guests in native language and we looked at him with sacarsm, he then turn on us and asked the lady by the cash counter to bill us for kids under 3 years. He said "they are two kids now let's bill for one and see what they do" the lady said it's not fair to do since they haven't even eaten anything and this guy says" do what I say"..she rang the register and the guy gave us the bill.. I noticed every thing they spoke about us and immediately I took the bill and went to the lady and I told her everything that we heard. She didn't bother and asked us to pay the bill.. I pulled $100 bill and gave to her.. she deducted the kids charge and gave me the balance. After about 8 mins while we were leaving the restaurant the manager along with 3 others stopped us and asked for bill and I said I already paid and the lady didn't give us bill. In addition I explained the manager everything that happened and he said kids under 5 can eat free. Again I told him I am okay to pay the kids charge granted I kids had eaten some thing. He started inquiring with all his employees whether I paid the bill and the lady by the counter kept quite. The manager knows that we are a regular customer, often place large orders for catering and dine in the restaurant very frequently. He once said ok go and when we came out he ran out of the restaurant,stopped me and asked me again did I pay by card or cash, I told him again yes I paid by cash and gave it to the lady by the counter. He said can you stop by the and say the same thing in front the lady. I said yes and I went inside and showed the lady and said I paid $100 to her. The manager asked the lady whether there is $100 in the cash register, she said there are two $100 bills and said she doesn't know who gave it!!
