GNC — Local services in Palatka

Around 2 or 3 the doors are always locked. This happened to me on multiple occasions to where I get there for a quick purchase that should take 2-3 min I’m locked out. I work overnight so around this time is perfect for me I’ll try to pick up something really quick on my way to work it’s right in the area and can’t. I’ve knocked no one hears it because they are in the back room I’ve called numerous amounts of times no one answers the phone and I’ve even sat and waited for 20min with no response. I know the workers there they are really friendly I just wish they had a sign that could say hey we’re on lunch will be back around this time or something to notify the customers there will be a wait time before you can enter the store that’s it. I would go a lot sooner but I work overnight and their store doesn’t open until 10 and I’m getting off of a 12hr...

On January 12, 2018 I bought some pre workout (C4 from Cellucor) from the GNC in Palatka, Fl. Upon opening it the next day, I found that it was as solid as a rock and not usable. I returned to the store 2 days later and was told that i could not exchange it because I no longer had my receipt. In 2018, who does this? I have never been to another store of any kind that refused to take back merchandise that was unsatisfactory in any way, with or without a receipt. I even offered to show the bank transaction to them but they still refused. I cannot believe that GNC would treat their customers this way. I will never set foot in another GNC ever and I will tell everyone I know that they shouldn't either! I hope that stealing my $50 was...

Sad to see people having mixed experiences. Mine was positive. Decent selection and the store seemed clean and neat. Stuff are overpriced but the lady behind the counter (I think her name was Chamille?) offered price matching). Got my stuff and some free protein shake samples. Very professional, helpful and friendly customer service! Will come back soon if I need any supplements.

Editing my review because my follow up visits haven’t been a positive experience. Bad service, no longer offering price matching. Employees don’t know the supplements that they sell. Overall not a lot of reason to buy anything from this stores over...
