I love this studio!!! Jessica, the owner, has GREAT positive vibes. She is very welcoming, humble and knowledgeable in Yoga. All of the teachers here are pleasant and extremely helpful. She has definitely put together an amazing team. The studio room is spacious, the locker/shower rooms are clean, and the parking lot always has ample spots available, which makes it convenient. Every class is taught in the original, traditional, "Bikram" format, so you know exactly what you're getting every single time. All of the instructors in this studio have helped me tremendously throughout my practice. They all continue to support my goals and encourage me to not give up. usually we have good instructors when me and my mom go but today the instructor didn’t do any demonstrations, or correct most of everyone’s mistakes, didn’t help organize the mats at the beginning of class, and at the end when we told her nicely that we’ve gone here for a while and we’ve always had instructions, she said we should do a beginner class, but we’ve done this exact class with another instructor and we received demonstrations and corrections. She also rushed everyone out of the showers so she could close the shop and didn’t answer when we expressed our concerns. overall had a really bad attitude. we had the 9:30am class on Wednesday and she was the substitute instructor. Five stars to the best yoga studio in all of New Jersey!!! The ladies are all very encouraging and the place is super clean. Enhances the Bikram experience.

Been coming for a year and a half and have seen great results. The combination of HIIT and Yoga classes are great to get into physical shape. An all of the instructors are awesome.

Update 3/21/25 - Have now been practicing at the studio for 7 years. This is by far the best yoga community. Jessica and all of the instructors are super knowledgeable. They provide great tips to help not only with your practice but also exercises that can help with strengthening your muscles and joints. I have made life long friendships with fellow yogis here.
