Susie the owner, she is just amazing. She understands what your hair needs and she will give you the best advice for it. I am a keratin repeat customer, I used to get Japanese straightening about 5 years ago but everyone started saying how bad that treatment is, So I started using keratin. I was never satisfied with the results but thought long term Japanese treatment may not be a good option. Anyways so when I came in, she saw my hair quality and said because I have highlights done, I should get Japanese on my top part of the hair and keratin in the bottom, didn’t know I can do that.

Anyways so I agreed and she gave me an amazing service through out the day- it did take about six LONG hours but I was happy with the treatment. With keratin you would really know after a wash, I was skeptical as highlights had my hair turned so brittle and lifeless.. after a wash- result of Japanese treatment was fabulous but the keratin on the bottom hair- not so good.. I called Susie and she asked me to come in So she can fix it and she did the smoothing treatment and it worked . Overall my experience with Seoul is one of the best

I had a great experience at Seoul Beauty Salon! I called to request an appointment for a straight perm + haircut and the owner was very kind, offering me an appointment that was just a few days out. Even when I had a scheduling conflict that came up, the owner was very accommodating and let me push my appointment back a few hours! So kind!

When I arrived to the salon, she greeted me warmly and offered me a gown and tea/coffee to drink. She was very thorough with her work, and I was very grateful with the way she gave me her undivided attention to complete my hair treatment. By watching her technique, it is clear that she is a master at her profession. Please come to this salon if you are looking to get a straight perm! What a hidden gem! Friendly staff, bright atmosphere, reasonable prices, superior services and top-of-the line skills and products! Everyone here is wiling to do whatever will make clients happy and satisfied. I was thoroughly impressed with Diana, who did my son’s haircut and my daughter’s hair straightening treatment. You can tell she is a true professional who genuinely cares about her clients, and certainly has a lot of pride in her work. The owner of the shop is super friendly and pleasant as well! Every job is a self-portrait of the person who did it. The best part about this salon is that a “mind-blowing hair wash” is INCLUDED in every service you receive!!!
