Worse utility and customer care ever. First their ridiculous rule you have to prove ownership of the property; however, they don't verify your identity. This means anyone can go in and say they are you. Enroll in paperless billing and/or auto payment and they provide no discount. So, save them labor, postage, printing and you the customer get nothing for your efforts. All this while they remind you with their threat of being able to place a lien on your property.
