Sillers Institute — Local services in Palm Desert

I recently got my Class B license with the Sillers Institute. Let me just say, their training is very well structured. First day of training I was given a study packet and immediately went into hands on training. After my first day, I went home and studied the material. The very next day, everything we had gone over during the hands on training the first day made sense.

Every training session after that was repetition. I had 5 days of training separated into three weeks, training twice a week. I tested on week three, day 6 and passed my DMV driving test. EVERYTHING that the Sillers Institute trainers covered with me was EXACTLY what the DMV examiner tested me on. There were no surprises and I was well prepared. This was thanks to my AMAZING trainers, TRACY, ANGEL AND IGNACIO (A.K.A. NACHO). I couldn’t have done it without out their expertise. Big shout out to Ana, who runs the office and gets all the scheduling and tons of paperwork done. She worked around my busy work schedule and got the training to happen. By far the easiest way to start a career in truck driving..All the staff and instructors are very skilled in being aware of the areas i needed help in, and very compassionate about communicating those areas with me so i could confidently take the test...the instructors are kind and very professional. .what a team!!!!.... Sillers is not some big classroom of students ...Sillers is more of a one on one....I would like to thank Ms. Erma, Ms. Anna, Mr. Matthew, and my instructor Ignacio "THE MEXICAN HILLBILLY" for helping me with a career, scheduling my classes, directing me to financial resources, and most of all teaching me how to pass my test so i can feed myself for the rest of my life! So I asked for some one-on-one time for the general knowledge test air brakes tankers I have a learning disability and the structure deceived me by playing very nice and I guess he was not happy with me listening to him read and said that I had a focusing issue and told me that they wouldn’t be able to help me Also I had a one on one for the air brakes and we didn’t finish the lesson and on our next scheduled appointment he didn’t show so I decided to do everything on my own went down to the Department of Motor Vehicles and I passed air brakes test on my own. I contacted sellers Institute on multiple occasions and they never return my phone call. I’m leaving this review. I guarantee they’re gonna get back into shape. I wonder how long it take before they discriminate against...
