Emanuel and his team took over an extremely poor security camera installation project, which was previously installed by a “Gold Star Authorized Dealer with Control4”, but after 2+ months, this dealer and his team still didn’t have our system up and running correctly. I'm so very fortunate to have found Emanuel, and he and his team were able to redo this project and complete it within a timely manner. Emanuel is very knowledgeable and was able to provide us with the correct information about our system along with their apps [not like the previous dealer]. Another great quality is that Emanuel has great communication skills, which I find extremely important. Emanuel is very professional, courteous and committed in providing the best service possible to his clients. It's obvious that Emanuel truly has pride in what he does and it shows in his work. They wired every room in my house with built-in speakers and audio/video home theater units, a big screen tv in three rooms, excellent patio speakers outdoors, and smart thermometers in every room. All coordinated and controlled by one system. Excellent work. Professional and knowledgeable. And they have been there every time I needed adjustments or modifications. Emanuel does great work. Second experience with audio video concepts, Emanuel and crew. Initially bought a control 4 home tv/sound automated system and was very pleased with the results, both installation and quality of product. Recently our HOA changed to a fiber optic system for internet and tv. Initially my control 4 did not work and the internet people were not at all helpful. Emanuel came to our rescue getting everything back up and running perfectly. Additionally he helped my partner get his system, which was a different one, up and running smoothly as well with the new equipment. Again very pleased with his work and professionalism.
