Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Florida

Every time you go here the staff is so nice, the food is always awesome and one time I drove off and left 1 of my bags and didn't realize till I got home and like 2 weeks later I had stopped to eat here again and remembered so I told them at the window that I had been missing 2 fries and a box of nuggets and they just made some right then and gave them to me! Anyone who has ever had anything similar with any of fast food places knows that they are nightmares!! They expect you to come right back in within 30 mins or to call then hold on to your receipt and still give you a hard time! Just the customer service alone is a great reason to go to Chick-fil-A but their food is actual food and really tasty plus they are clean inside and out. There are coupons and specials you can find online and on their website to and thanks to their app every dollar you spend saves you in the future. People used to go elsewhere back in the day saying they loved Chick-fil-A but they were more expensive....not true anymore! Plus I was in the store about a month ago and there was a guy and his dog that were apparently homeless and you would have thought he was the owner they were so good to him, gave him food for him and his dog for free, let him sit at a table and were bringing him drinks and checking on him (an employee apparently saw him about to have a heat stroke in the parking lot and instead of making his life worse and calling cops or yelling at him they sat him down in the ac and fed him and his dog and gave him food for whenever he felt like leaving and put a credit on his name so whatever location he went to he could give his name and fill his and the dogs belly) These people are amazing and every time...

Chick-fil-A is a fast-food restaurant that was opened ever since 1967. Chick-fil-A is known for its outstanding customer service. Every time that I have gone to go order food at Chick-fil-A, the employees have always treated me with profound respect, and they always get my order as soon as possible to make me leave with a smile on my face every time I visit. Chick-fil-A's food by far is the best compared to all other fast-food restaurants, because it is a lot healthier, and it has a phenomenal taste. Another wonderful thing about this restaurant is the reward system that they have. When you spend a certain amount of money on orders that you place, they kindly give you reward points which you can later redeem for free sandwiches, drinks, and deserts. Chick-fil-A may be my absolute favorite restaurant to go to, however, this restaurant does have a few problems. Due to COVID-19 Dining is not an option anymore, therefore a drive-thru is the only way to order your food. Chick-fil-A may have one of the longest lines that I have ever seen when it comes to waiting in line to place your food because their food is really that good. Normally lines may seem really long, but there are plenty of employees that are there to make it go faster. Another small issue with this restaurant is the price of meals, Chick-fil-A has the most expensive food compared to all other fast foods. Even though the food is amazing, the price of the meals could be a bit too high. Nonetheless, I would still 100 % recommend this restaurant to everyone because of their phenomenal customer service and their amazing food, you must try Chick-fil-A if you have not been there before, you...

We went up there the other day and went through the drive thru. Ordered a meal for me, a meal for my son, and 2 chocolate chip cookies. My son’s meal came with an ice cream which they didn’t give us. Had to ask for it. Ok not a big deal yet, upon pulling out my son asked for his drink and I checked his bag and there was no chocolate milk so I had to turn back and go inside to get them to give us his drink. Ok so at this point we are like this is ridiculous, not what you expect at Chick-fil-a right? So we leave again and get to the light before my house and my sons mom says there’s no cookies in the bag… so we go back up and it’s been about 20-25 minutes since we got our food and it’s cold. I asked them to remake my order and make sure that everything is in my bag this time before you give it to me. They acted like it was my mistake and they wouldn’t remake the order. They said they only forgot the cookies and they would refund them and I just had to eat cold food. They took no ownership of their mistake and didn’t try to make it right at all. Then upon checking they didn’t even give me the right drink that I ordered either. They refunded my order and we went somewhere else to eat. Haven’t been back since. Wrote to cfa customer service and they let the store know and they never even reached out in any way to speak to us. We usually go once or twice a week with 2-3 adults and 2 kids.
