I’d like to start out by saying I was in search of a new mattress as mine was no longer accommodating me, I was constantly waking up with a sore lower back and it was progressively getting worse. I also discovered that I am allergic to dust mites in the last 6 months, I also use a CPAP machine for my snoring. I began the search and went to 3 different mattress shops, I didn’t quite find what I was looking for. Then I came across Bed Pros in Palm Harbor, FL and decided to check them out as well. It was the best decision I made! That is where I met my Fabulous sales person Mike Badeau, I am adding Mike’s last name, because there are few Mikes within all their stores. Mike is a floater at the moment, and so blessed that he was floating at the Palm Harbor location. The rest is history, from the moment I walked in to the store to speaking with Mike B. about the different options of mattresses and what my needs were in reference to my allergies, and a hypoallergenic mattress along with an adjustable base due to my snoring issues it went smooth sailing from there. He showed me many options & was never once pushy. I felt like I knew him for years. He’s very kind, understanding, listened to my needs & explained the differences thoroughly. I ended up with what I call the perfect mattress that is resistant to dust mites, hypoallergenic, 100% latex queen size mattress. It’s the Birchwood Firm latex, 2023 resort, hotel latex collection as well as a queen rise remedy adjustable base. From the beginning of the transaction to the delivery process Mike kept in constant communication via phone calls and text. The delivery and set up process did not take long at all. The delivery guys were Excellent and very thorough. I am extremely pleased with Mike, as well as my new mattress and adjustable base. I’ve been sleeping on it for a few weeks now and it is so comfortable and the BEST REST that I have had in a long time. My lower back issues of feeling stiff when I get up in the morning are nonexistent. Thank You for making my mattress shopping experience such a Pleasure. We purchased a Tempur—Pedic mattress from Bed-Pro Palm Harbor several years ago. It’s was showing signs of normal wear so a year + ago we went back to Bed Pro and traded it in on a new mattress to the tune of $3300. In the matter of a few weeks, we were experiencing a lack of body support on both right, and left sides of the new mattress. As a matter fact, my wife accidentally rolled off the bed on the floor on a couple of occasions.

We then went back to Bed Pro and lodged our compliant. The then store manager, Brian, was going to contact the manufacturer and set it up so we could trade out this faulty mattress for a new one. However, weeks went by and along with them, Brian, who left Bed Pro for other opportunities. No further help was offered at Bed Pro, except a representative at my insistence, whomcame out to simply tell us that what we were experiencing was Normal. Really!!! In actuality, the lack of body support on both sides of the new mattress noticeably exceeds that of the 15 year old mattress it replaced. Both were Medium Firm.

(Our claim is now in the hands of the Better Business Bureau and a response from Bed Pro to our complaint states the following, “ TEMPUR-PEDIC DOES NOT OFFER EDGE SUPPORT AS PART OF THEIR PRODUCT FEEL”, whatever the hell that’s supposed to mean)

Very dissatisfied....During the selling process, the sales person assured me that my headboard could be attached to the base I was about to purchase and that that the necessary brackets would be included with the delivery and installed.

My mattress was delivered on 6/2. However, when I inquired about about attaching the headboard I was advised by the delivery people they were not provided with the necessary parts (brackets). I immediately called the store. The salesman apologized saying he forgot to add the parts to my order. He said he could have someone come out on 6/4 with the brackets and attach the headboard.

As promised, the installers/delivery people arrived on 6/4. However, when they attempted to attach the headboard they informed me that it was the wrong bracket. I once again called the store to speak to the sales person but was told he was off until 6/5. The person who answered said he would be unable to help me and that I would have to call back the next day which is tomorrow.

The mattress cost over $3000.00. For that amount of money I should expect better than the service I have received. Not to mention the inconvenience of having to wait around twice and now likely a third time for Mattress Pros to...
