Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Palm Harbor

I used to really enjoy coming here, but over the past five visits, my coffee has consistently been messed up. Whether it’s the wrong order (as in flavor of coffee) or the syrup and flavor settling at the bottom, it’s been frustrating. I’ve mentioned this issue twice, but it continues to happen. The staff has explained that they have new employees still learning, but it’s hard to overlook when my coffee usually costs over $10, not including my wife’s order (she’s had the same issues). I’ve tried using the wooden stir sticks, but trying to stir the syrup at the bottom of the cup while driving is a hassle, and it never really mixes properly. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here since they opened, but at this point, I think I’m going to look for a new spot for my morning coffee. Love that Caribou has expanded down to Florida! Afterliving in Minnesota for nearly 6 years and becoming a Caribou Loyalist, I was saddened to come back to Florida to a Caribou-less world. When I drove by and saw this location- I was thrilled! Since they have opened, I come in several times a month. The employees are always SO kind and provide excellent customer service. Coffee is always amazing and made to m specifications. I have only ever had one issue where my coffee was made the incorrect size and they quickly re-made the drink for me with no hesitation and while being extremely pleasant. This location is always clean and has a great atmosphere if you decide to stop in. The drive thru is always quick as well! 10/10 Definitely recommend! Try the Vanilla...

I want to recognize Nicole for her outstanding service!

This was my first time visiting, and I arrived at 7:30am on a busy Thursday morning, Nicole was working completely alone managing a non-stop drive-through and customers inside. It was clear a coworker hadn’t shown up, but she handled everything with an incredible level of calm, friendliness, and professionalism.

She took every order with a smile, kept things moving smoothly, and never once showed signs of stress. Nicole truly exemplifies what great customer service looks like and Caribou Coffee is lucky to have someone so capable and dedicated representing their brand.
