SO I THINK OK... HE CONTINUES TO FILL ORDERS FOR THE DRIVE THRU...IGNORING ME & 2 OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE COME INTO LINE.... SO..THE 3 OF US CUSTOMERS ARE WAITING AND WAITING... NO REPONSE FROM THIS MANAGER????? SO WHATS UP??? THE GUY WHO WAS 3RD BEHIND ME ..LEAVES,TOTALLY ANNOYED.... THE LADY CALLS THE MANAGER..BUT HE DOENOT RESPND AFTER HE TURNS AROUND.. HE CONTINUES TO FILL DRIVE THU ORDERS.. ANOTHER WORKER WALKS BY BUT DOESNOT TAKE MY ORDER???? OR SAY ANYTHING... FINALLY, SOMEONE ELSE APPEARS AND ASKS WHY I AM WAITING?? OK..I SAY..I WANT MY ORDER & THE RIGHT SIZE DRINK CUP..& MY RECIEPT.. BUT ALAS! HE TELLS ME HE CANT REPRINT IT..BUT SAYS WHAT SIZE CUP DOI WANT? IT GETS WORST FOLKS... AFTER I TELL HIM A XL CUP...HE PUTS THE SAME SIZE CUP ON THE COUNTER..JUST LIKE THE WRONG SIZE I HAVE.... SERIOUSLY? FINALLY I GET AN ORDER.. BUT "NOT" MINE.. I ORDERED A WOPPER JR./ONION RINGS & A XL DIET SODA..TO EAT IN THE DINING ROOM.. WHAT DID I GET? I GOT A TAKE OUT ORDER, IN A BAG..(NOT MY ORDER..) IT WAS A FISH SANDWICH,FRIES & A SUNDAY ICE CREAM... SERIOUSLY..THIS IS SOOOOOOOOOOOO HORRIBLE... THE CO WORKER WAS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND... SO I OPENED THE SANWICH & IT WAS "COLD!".. THE FRIES WE SOOOOOOOO COLD & HARD U COULD HAVE NOT EATEN THEM.. NOT TO MENTION I DIDNT ORDER THE FISH SANDWICH OR FRIES.... SADLY, NOT ONE EMPLOYEE EVEN TRIED TO CORRECT THE COLD ORDER..I DIDNT ORDER!!! HONESTLY,FOLKS...NO ONE DESERVES THIS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE..NO ONE! I CAN HONESTLY SAY..I HAVE A NEIGHBOR WHO HAS A PET DOG WHO IS SMARTER THAN THESE EMPLOYEES..INCLUDING THE STORE MANAGER & THE AREA SUPERVISOR! SHAME ON THEM ALL!!!!!! Read moreSo I went through the drive through with my family while landscaping work was being done outside. There were machines on trucks, dirt and leaf piles on the sides of the asphalt, and an exposed black wire coming from a patch of dirt that customers had to drive over to see the menu.
Anyway, I got rocks and dirt thrown against my car by about 3 different leaf blowers. It doesn't seem like this is exactly BK's fault, but the lot was extra packed with cars and there was no consideration for people placing their orders by this landscaping team BK hired. It was frustrating!
The sound of different landscaping equipment drowned out the speaker box and I assume it's why the staff left out a side on my order (extra side of medium fries). At least I didn't pay for it, I guess? They didn't add it so I can't exactly say that I got what I wanted.
Also, while in line, I noticed an elderly couple park and try to go inside to order, but the door was locked when they attempted to enter. I know their hours are different for dining in, but it was the middle of the day, so why should they have been turned away by BK in this sense? I didn't see any notices on the doors for them to explain being closed in this time frame. I honestly hope that they just went somewhere else just to avoid the drive through experience my family had.
Gladly, I did have a great impossible whopper. The staff at the window were definitely friendly, but stressed with the lunch rush, at least when I got my food. And at least I ate a decent meal! It was still a better time than eating at any McDonald's. If you eat McDonald's, you're a joke.
TL;DR don't go here when they have a lawn maintenence company blindly working without consideration for customers and also, never go to McDonald's. You're worth that...
Read moreVisited this Burger King location today 09/29/2021 for the second time. Today's service was fast and our order was made perfectly and tasted good! The employee Victor at the Drive Through, was very thorough, as he repeated twice how we requested the order to be prepared! The first visit for me on 09/22/2021 was a disaster for my relative, the employee at the Drive Through, did not have knowledge of the Menu items and a Double Hamburger that was ordered was incorrect, served as a Double Cheeseburger with very little ketchup . Finally after going inside to the counter, the Double Hamburger was served, however again with very little ketchup. Communication amongst the employees and taking pride in the service provided, needs to be improved. I have confidence after today's visit, that I can anticipate great service to give a 5 Star Rating. One final note: The Digital Scrolling Menu Order Board has a 10 piece Chicken Nuggets for $1.49. Victor told us that promotion has been over.
