I actually left this nail salon because they slammed me. I'm a great client get my manicures and pedicures on point tip very well the last time I went was Mother's Day and my mom never goes to get anything done, and I told them all she needs is a manicure and pedicure they didn't have her sit with me during my pedicure they didn't have her sit with me during my manicure. They asked me if I want a gel for her and I said no because she never keeps her nails polished but what they did was they went ahead and did gel without my consent and especially when I said no and then they charge me for it and I left. I told her that I have never experienced such crappy service in my life that you actually slam someone to pay for something that they did not ask for. They didn't care so I've moved on I've gone to glossy nails in Palm Harbor they are absolutely fabulous I would never change for the world they know how to treat clients especially the ones that go often our existing clients and tip well I tipped 30% there was no reason for them to take advantage...

Great people and I usually go every 2 or 3 weeks but this last time I went was not a good experience at all. I called at 4:05 and asked if it was too late to come in for a Mani Pedi. I was told come in. I was there within 5 minutes. I told them I needed my nails done for a special event out of state and thanked them several times for letting me come in. My nails were done so fast (the powder dip) that I had to point out places to fix and I still have color where there shouldn't be and she didn't even paint near the top all the way so it immediately looked like it was time for them to get done again. My nails NEVER chip with the powder dip and within a few days 2 of them have. To top it off my nails and toes don't even match. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or if she was upset that I came in at 4, which if so she should have said no when I called but I'm 100% unhappy with the way...

At first everything was going great thery are every clear and have high c quality products but my problem is I got my nails done July 3rd 2000 22 it is now July 6th 2000 22 3 days have gone by in my nails look like I should have gotten them filled a week ago I don't know what they did wrong I don't know if I can post the photo or not but they all look like I need a filling and it's only been 3 days they did not put the acrylic down to the nail bed as well as the gel polish doesn't even cover the acrylic all the way I did not know this sis and tell someone asked me when I got them done and then it looked like I needed a filling that is very disappointing not all of them look the same and they did them a lot shorter then I asked for.
