BLACK WOMEN STOP!!! Do not spend your money here, lovely nails is a horrendous nightmare. Kim was the only with skills on eyebrow tint and lashes but she is rude! And so is the rest of the staff I wouldn’t dare let Jenny lay a finger on me for any service, her quality of work just isn’t up to par with Kim and Kim knows it. That’s why when you sign in and see the requests for specific techs on the list the majority is Kim. That no longer matters however because they are so rude and disrespectful and they have you waiting for hours just for a wax, tint and strip lashes??? That’s insane. They don’t respect your time at all. I remember sitting there for 2 hours just to get serviced and I missed my name being called because many times it’s packed and I decided to wait in my car. Mind you, it’s packed because their sign in method of taking customers is bogus and Kim is backed up because all the other techs are incompetent so everyone is waiting on Kim. They need a thorough retraining on customer service, and Kim needs to crack down on the skills of her lash & brow techs. Truth be told though after having my time wasted repeatedly, my day of running errands thrown off time and time again I would like it to be known that I speak the demise of this establishment in the near future it will not prosper unless they learn how to cater to and respect their demographic of customers, BLACK WOMEN mainly. I come here often for lashes they usually are ok sometimes to much glue sometimes there fine, on this particular day I came to do my lashes after going through some style options I decided on one The lady proceeded her work and when completed and I looked in the mirror I realized they were two different lashes when I try to explain to her she was adamant that they were the same when they obviously weren’t and that she knew what she was doing.

I explain to her not only can I see the difference but I can feel it and others have noticed as well she’s Still insisted that they were the exact same. I come here all the time to do my lashes I don’t understand why she Hass to lie in my face rather than fixing the problem more being honest I mean they’re my eyes I get the same thing every time I know One is 3X longer then the other . So maybe bring your own lashes cause there like a sweat shops banging those things out for $20 a pop they...

So I’ve come here for about 8 months, and the girl decided I’m “difficult” because I ask for exactly how I like my nails done. I waited two hours for her today, only to be told she doesn’t want to do my nails. I actually brought a style from my old shop in Jax and she was fine learning how to take my style but after the last two times when my nails lifted in two days, I was under the impression that if you don’t tell techs something doesn’t work for you then you’re just wasting money. This is not an angry review, this is a dissatisfied review that the last two fills did not work for me and I had to return in a few days.
