Last night, I took the kids out to check the holiday lights. At the end of the night, it was ice cream time! We were searching for homemade ice cream and could not find anywhere local or that is what we thought. Someone suggested rolled ice cream. Then we found the -4 Degrees Cafe. Wow! Great place, clean, very fresh vibe and welcoming beyond belief. The 2 young women who took the orders were great. Each taking time with my kids with their order, then putting on a great show making our ice cream rolls. (Sorry I did not get names. We are our delicious treats, filled our bellies, emptied our cups and covered our faces in the delicious -4 Degrees Cafe rolled ice cream. When we finished, the kids went to thank the two young women for the delicious desserts and ask questions for their next anticipation trip to -4 Degrees Cafe.
