As a fellow Colombian, I am appalled at the service provided in this establishment. It is a staple of our country to be as hospitable as possible and that is lacking entirely here. I am never greeted, always just kind of yelled at to get a move on with my order. The online ordering is whack! You can order ahead of time and the app tells you you can walk right up to the counter and skip the line but this is a lie. There is no designated pick up station for online ordering and you must still make the line even if the line is out the door. The restaurant does not employ a system that keeps it's word on attending to the online orders as promised and keeping the regular line flowing. Their menu is for some reason (and for many months) just wrong! Every single time I order a Perro Hawaiian they fail to put in the bacon that the menu claims it comes with. I don't understand why they are literally lying to their clientele this way. Aesthetically, the place is not good looking. You've got hard metal chairs which are extremely uncomfortable to sit in with alarming strange paint choice on the walls. But worst of all is the worker's attitudes!!! I truly do not understand where the entitlement comes from!!! The only reason I still eat here and give it 3 stars is because the food is pretty good. But they could be doing so...
